I have recently purchased a horse. He is all black( not that black, but like his nose is brown. He is alll black) with a small star. He will be my hunter. He is a 7 year old 16 hand off-the-track thoroughbred. They said that his name is Mister, which I am seriously considering changing. But I have no idea what to make his show name. Please help!! Thanks!!

Look at his tatoo and find out his registered name!
I agree with Carol. A lot of times the TB registered names can give you an idea for a show name, or they can work as a show name.
id say look at his tattoo and find out his registered name also! or a show name could be “black jack” and a barn name as jack
good luck!
Well, just a very cheesey idea, if his name is mister, call him Mister. E Man.
You could get some great names with Mister, like Mister Wonderful, or anything you want. But I agree about looking up his registered name! You can also look at his pedigree and see if you can get some ideas from there!
Back in Black:) But check his JC name first, sometimes those are cute show names too!
See what his registered name was before you pick something. It might be cute, or it might be bad, you never know.
I agree w/ everyone else. Check his JC name first. I made a play on my OTTB’s JC name of “Moments Work” and called him “A Moments Worth”
But I like Mr. Mister for a show name….but I’m also a bit of an 80s music freak
I use to ride a pony name palace mister
My dream for years has been to own a black horse and name it Kryptonite (barn name Knight)
What did you end up picking?
Midnight Mist
