This is a before pic, of when I first got her..she was a skinny, slightly scrawny, untrained, awkward mess of a 4 year old.  Everyone told me I should get rid of her because she would never amount to anything..

We showed them :) this is Faith, who is turning 6 in a few months and is showing plenty of potential as a jumper/eventer! What do you think? And yes, she popped me out of the tack a bit on that crossrail, I love her haha! We were warming up and she was bored so she decided to entertain us both!

“Ideal” conformation, and horse and rider fit..

Okay, so I’m posting this cause I’m really confused. :/  I’ve been told I should sell my 15.2 mare, who I adore, because I’m “way too big” on her (I am 5’7 and have pretty long legs, but she has a big barrel too!), and because she “has a weird shoulder and long stifles.” you don’t want a horse with long cannons though, do you?.. I’m posting a pic to see if you guys think I’m too big, keep in mind these are my dressage length stirrups..also, I would like to post a conformation pic at some point, I can probably get one on Friday and I would love a critique since she’s changed so much since I posted the last pic of her on here. I’d be happy with any feedback.  Thanks!

PS I would like to do jumpers/eventing and maybe some hunters and eq on her.

When in doubt, leave a stride out..?

Me and my old horse..I think I posted this already, a long time ago, but..anyway.  Yeahh, I wanted to ask him for another short stride but he was like YAY I’M SUPERHORSE LOOK HOW EARLY I CAN JUMP!  So I just tried to slip him the reins so I wouldn’t pop him in the mouth.  And yes I fell..in the last one I’m hanging on for dear life waiting to fall onto sand instead of poles or jumps :P
