This is from when I went XC schooling at Twin Rivers on a pony named Bugsy. This was my 3rd time riding him, and he’s only about 12hh, give or take a few inches.
I know my release is lacking here, I’ve had trouble with it, but it’s been improving.

This is Dixie, a 11 year old QH/Paint mare. She is 14.3, and I do eventing and dressage with her! She was bred for western though. Any critiques and opinions on her in general would be wonderful though, thank you
And I know she isn’t standing square in these, but my dad had taken pictures of her (and riding pictures) from my recent show, and I thought these could work!

This is me and Dixie from yesterday, when we did some gymnastics work (: Please excuse the editing on the photo’s, and the fact Dixie is lazy over the jump; she’s not really putting in any effort. I haven’t been jumping lately by the way… either has Dixie (because of an injury).
