Seven’s Prospect & I-3’6 Jumpers

Hey everyone!

Here’s Tricky and I in our 3’6 jumpers this past Sunday! He was AMAZING!! Went double clean in ever single class and won all but one. He is a 19 year old OTTB. The day before this we jumped a huge jump in the schooling ring cause it was the only big jump out there. it was set at 4’9 and he cleared it like it was nothing. Seriously, never fails to amaze me. I know we were a tad long here, but i LOVE this picture.

Barcello & I-3’6 Jumpers

Hey everyone! Mylo is my hunter/eq horse, but he got to play in jumper land two weeks ago since I needed to fill the class for my jumper. He was super (: I know my equitation isn’t perfect-I was looking at the end fence than is off to the left… wasn’t to sure how that would ride out, since we had only really done hunter courses since he had been back. He had just fully come back from being off after an abscess and a deep bruised heel. Let’s just say he jumps much harder than what I was able to ride while he was off. Anyways feel free to judge even though it’s not perfect (:

Barcello & I-3’6 Hunters

Mylo’s first show of the season! He was awesome. Here’s us in the 3’6 hunters. He was jumping super hard, so please excuse my equitation. Please just judge him as I was just trying to give him some good rides through the slop. Feels great to have my horse back to show (:

Tricky & I-Red Coat 2013

Hey everyone! This is Tricky and I in the 3’9 jumpers this past weekend. He is a 15.3hh 19 year old OTTB Gelding. I was super happy with him and how he went this show as he had only been out of the clinic for a little over 2 weeks. He jumped the moon and was quick and careful. He was Champion of all 3 of his divisons (: Anyways please judge. I do know that my leg slid slightly. He was jumping super hard especially compared to the other horse I also did the jumpers on!

Tricky & I-Lesson 2/20/13

Hey everyone!
Just a quick video of Tricky and I in our last lesson before we begin the 2013 Show Season! Tricky is a 19 year old OTTB. This course is 3’9-4’3… the gray oxer might be 4’6. He was super strong and jumping hard, so I shortened my stirrups an additional half hole to help me stay with him, so no need to overly critique my position since he is obviously not my equitation horse. Anyways LOVE this little guy!

MC & I

Hey everyone!
I got to lesson my frend’s horse, Monte Carlo, yesterday! He was amazing! I am super happy with how he went especially since he can be spooky, but he got over it pretty quickly. Anyways, please judge both him & I (:

Payton & I

Hey everyone!
I wanted to get a quick opinion on this trip. I need to ride a bunch of different horses that all go in very different ways for a video and my friend Caitlin let me ride her horse, Payton! He is such a good boy and I was so lucky to ride him. He has a little bit of a smaller step, so I was trying to let him keep his step really long. He is the first horse that isn’t mine that I have jumped since getting rid of my ACL brace. Anyways please judge me and my equitation (:

Tricky & I-Lesson 2/6/13

Hey guys!

Okay so my lesson on my jumper from yesterday. Tricky is a 19 year old OTTB Gelding and is 15.3hh. He was a freaking superstar. Course was set 3’9-4’6″… The jump at the divider was only 3’6 I think. Anyways, ingnore any audio, my friend forgot about the gray vertical. Anyways, I tore my ACL almost a year ago on this guy (it will be a year sunday). I have began to ride without the brace and this was my 2nd lesson on him without it, so i am still getting used to not having the bulk of it on my right leg. Also, I know the halt isn’t really a halt. Our indoor is narrow, so we decided since we were coming off the big gymnastics with almost no turn room it would be best to “halt-ish” and then pick up the canter again. Thanks!!
