Hi everyone! Recently I started leasing a beautiful mare named Sydney. The owner told me I could change her barn name and show name(she doesn’t have a show name to begin with). She isn’t registered yet, but we need to do that to show her. But first I need a name. She is going to be showing in the 1m jumpers and hopefully 1.10m, but is able to do the 1.40m. She flies over every single jump, but she’s a total sweetheart when I’m not riding too. Does any one have any name suggestions? Barn and show? I was thinking ‘Skye’, and her show name could be ‘Skye’s The Limit’ but not sure about that. I would love if the barn name was in the show name too. She’s an irish sport horse and five years old. Hi, recently I have been thinking about buying a protective vest just incase something bad was to happen. Now I show in the jumpers, and vests are usually seen on eventers and not really jumpers, but I was wondering what other people and judges think when a rider is wearing one? If I do get one, what is the best kind? I was looking at the Tipperary Eventer Vest because I’ve seen other people wearing that in jumpers. Thank you!

Hi, I was wondering about tall boots… first I wanted to know if the way a boot fits is judged in an equitation/medal class? Like if it scrunches up or is a bit loose. Also, what are your favorite types of boots to see in a show ring (like the brand and name ex. Ariat Monacos) Currently I have the Ariat Challenge, but they fit pretty poorly even though I got them custom. My mom said to ask my trainer how they fit and if she says badly she will get me a new pair of boots. So, that’s why I was wondering. I don’t really care about the price, just as long as they’re really good quality.
