   Joe is desperately in need of a visit from his farrier. His feet are much too long and very upright in comparison to his pasterns. His withers are well defined and well laid back. His shoulder is average. His neck ties onto the shoulder well and he has a very nice crest. His top line is smooth but shows his back to be somewhat long and lacking muscle across the loins. He is sickle hocked
