This is my 4 year old OTTB mare that I now own as of two days ago! She is Northern Dancer’s great-great-grand daughter! Her last race was only 3 days ago. She has a slight knee injury on her left front but it will only limit her in jumping. She’ll only ever pop over little fences, which is fine by me! Let me know what you think of her conformation.. I hope the photo is okay..

Bella has nice short cannons and average bone. She is standing over at the knee on her left, so I assume that is the injured leg. Her withers are well defined and well laid back. Her neck ties onto the shoulder a bit low and her crest is not developed. Her top line shows her to need muscle along the loins. She is sickle hocked
You can tell she is an OTTB that still needs a lot of work. But it will all come in time. Keep us updated.
She’s built like an eventer too bad she wont jump much
She needs more muscling along her neck and topline as a whole. But a very cute.
Sorry to say, I had to put her down two weeks ago. I made the mistake on trusting someone I thought I knew and I purchased her from him. Her knee was ALOT worse than we were told. I had a vet take xrays and she had a spur, a hairline fracture, and the bone was slowly peeling off… She is in a much better place now. I’m just glad she got to spend 2 months with me, just being spoiled and allowed to be a horse.
