This is Sophie, the mare I’ve been riding for about 2 months now. I’m really considering buying her, I really love her so so much… I’d be looking to event her, most likely. She’s trained through 1st level dressage and has jumped in the past, and I jumped her for the first time on Monday!
Sophie has average cannons and is slightly tied in below the knee. Her right front fetlock may be enlarged. Her withers are well defined and well laid back. Her shoulder is nice. Her neck ties onto the shoulder well. Mostly I notice she is quite underweight.
Carol, this photo is a little outdated, I believe. She is super hard to keep weight on and gets high quality grain and hay along with beet pulp and a weight supplement, she’s put more weight on and is looking better, but she’s a hard one to keep weight on.
