your jumping in the first picture looks good, the second picture is not so much. You are giving a great release which i’m sure your horse is very happy with but you have thrown your shoulders way too much causing you to duck which will off balance your horse.
It looks like you’ve folded over too much in both photos
Your stirrups look a bbitlong
The stirrups gotta go up. You should have a 90 degree, or so, angle behind your knee. Right now it looks like you are in the hunter ring…
Like Handsomesmom said, you have folded over too much, and it has put you too far forward in the tack. Work on allowing your horse to close your hip angle rather than closing it yourself. If you have to throw your hands away like the second photo, go ahead and just slip the reins. By nature, that huge release puts your weight forward rather than back, where it should be.
In the galloping photo, you are too upright. Keep your seat back over the saddle, sink into your leg with each step, and don’t arch your back like that. I mean, I am transitioning from the hunter ring, so it is still what I am used to, but thankyou everyone, fro your advice!
