First off, I absolutely love your horses movement; that suspended trot is to die for As far as your equitation goes, I do have some critiques. On the flat and preparing for your fences you lean a lot and become off-center on his back. Also, you allow your body to tip forward onto his neck and your leg slip backwards over the fence. Think of pushing your heels down towards the base of the fence and keeping your leg solid and still to stop the slipping back. Also, think of squatting over the saddle and keeping your hips towards the back of the saddle when you come up into your half seat. Just to add, you could release a little bit more but other than that you’re good they were nice trips
I think really good job, especially for the first time on a big mover. He is schooled to perfection so you will have to be a little careful about how much hand and leg aid you need. Your release is sufficient for these little jumps and he never asked for more. Your lower leg can improve as can your consistency but overall GOOD JOB! Please send us more!

You had a great round especially for your first show with him!!
Nice job, it will take some time for you to get used to his sensitivity
