Please don’t judge me, I realize how bad I look in this picture. This is from 3′ local night at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show Tuesday night. This was in my 2nd course, i was pretty shaken up by this time. I fell after the first fence in my 1st course, he did his little hop thing. I don’t remember the fall and have a broken finger and possible concussion from it. We didn’t make it around either courses but i still went in after my fall and attempted the 2nd course then u/s class.

I am so sorry to hear about your rough show, but your horse is fabulous!
Thanks so much, definitely disappointed that it didn’t go anywhere near as well as i hoped it would. And he has his moments where he actually likes to act like a pretty little hunter horse (:
Something bad must have happened, but it’s certainly not evident in this spectacular jumping photo. Be sure to save this photo forever….a jump like this at Harrisberg is something to treasure.
Wow, from this photo you would never know that things went so horribly wrong!
I think you’ll find with time and experience things will improve. That is a BIG horse show with a BIG intimidating ring. Spooking, bucking and big jumps can always be unsettling and even get us thrown off at times. Good for you for continuing through the day.
I hope your concussion and finger heal soon.
Maybe at home, once you are better, you should work with shorter stirrups so you have more stability with that huge jump of his! wow!
I watched you guys on the live web feed….you are an awesome rider and I am in love with your horse!
Hey I was there that night too! I fell off in the 1st round right before you! Guess it was a rough night for all of us! Your horse is gorgeous though!
