Childrens Classic

Zaloubet Zaffiro and I over our last fence in the jump off at Princeton Show Jumping! He use to jump really weak with his front end but its getting much better!

Comments

  1. No, he wasn’t weak, he just was “Galoubet” This guy still is not anywhere close to his potential. He is lifting his knees and lowering his neck very well. I suspect this distance was a bit long as his toes are “closer than normal” to the back rail. Your position is very good, perfectly over his center of balance. I love your soft contact release, and so does he! How did you do in the class?

  2. We did well, in the jump off we had the first rail over an oxer. He hit the front rail with his hind end! Mark Leone said he was just being lazy with his legs. Besides that he was awesome! I heard the “Galoubet” have very powerful jumps! i can tell while riding him! thank you very much for your input!!
