1rst place in this class! it was speed, but the people before already had faults and there was only one person left after me, so we didn’t take it too hard. he can go fast!!!! but there was no need too. it was a small class. he was fabulous though:) so proud. please judge us both

I would just say to keep your wrists together, with the insides of your wrists facing each other. Also.
great job!! You look really nice
thanks!
In the turns, you need to sit back get your hands away from the neck and keep Phoenix on his haunches and moving forward. You lose so much pace in the tight turns because he gets on his forehand. You need to wait for your horse to jump rather than making a big movement with your body. It is too quick so you are coming back way too soon, which will cause rails in higher divisions. If you pause at :46 is is easily seen… your butt is over the cantle of the saddle for no reason other than you made a quick movement forward, something that is impossible to hold forward over an oxer.
Phoenix jumped nicely and I like how you made sure to give him enough release over every fence, just be careful you aren’t bringing your hands up as your body comes back.
thank you that is very helpful. i rewatched it and i do have to fast of a movement in the air. i really need too work on sitting more for the turns, which my trainer also says. i will work super hard on it.
I definitely agree with Catherine and remember to keep your heels down around the course to maintain your balance!
yes, thanks!
nice round!
thank you:)
