This is my 6yr old QH mare Nita (aka MM Sugar Chick Doc) at our first show of the season last weekend jumping 2’6 – 2’9. I know i didnt give her enought release in this photo but its something I’m working on, please judge both horse and rider and thank you in advance!! 
It looks like you got left behind. Your back should b parallel with your horses back and I agree she needs more release! Besides your upper body your leg looks really good!

Your body is too far back, as you leaned your weight back against the reins & his mouth. Get your body out & forward SOONER when he begins to leave the ground. Reach your hands forward more too. Your hands should be atop his mane, almost 1/2 way up to his ears!
