    You could have closed your hip angle just a smidge more and gotten more weight in your heals but I LOVE LOVE LOVE that release! Also the fact that you can hold your uper body up without having to support yourself with you hands :D I really hope you do eq or medals..

    I’ve been doing jumper with her because she gets very feisty when we jump, but she’s starting to settle down, and we are working towards jumper medals! :)
