My horse Gwynavere and I

This is me and my horse Gwynavere. She turned 4years old in march this year. Shes a 3/4 warmblood mare. I have posted before of us but it was when she was 3 and we pushed it too much with the jumping. I’ve had her for almost a year now and I’ve been riding for a year and 4months now. At the beginning of this year I started having lessons with Laurie Minett and we agreed to take it slowly with her and we started jumping her at 30/40cm I then jumped 50cm/60cm for a long while and then started jumping 70cm I jump in training shows 60 and 70cm and my horse and I are very comfortable at this height and I’m really enjoying it. We’re both still learning and there are a lot of small things i as a rider am still working on.

I know there is one pic where my foot went too far in my stirrup and my leg slipped back in the pictures. The pictures where I’m wearing a green jacket is when we did a schools show and it looks like i’m lying on her neck but I wasn’t it was my school blazer and it is very puffy and not fitted. I also think I need to work on my release. I also know my horse in uneven behind and infront in most pictuers:)

Ps. The one picture where I’m riding with a dressage whip was our very first dressage show. We were changing rein at free walk in that picture.

Judge horse and rider please:):) thank you:):)

She’s a very good jumper. Always up there with her knees…sometimes a bit “reachy” with her front legs. I like the photo on the right side over the blue rails best. That’s where YOU look your best. A couple of those photos, it looks like you forgot to release.

Thank you. We all have high hopes for her:) She does tend to stretch a bit with her front legs. I also like that photo:) thank you. I do really need to work on my release it is one of my bad points. I’ll give it some work and then post another picture
