I have attached a few pictures of me showing and schooling my 10yr paint gelding, Tiny. I pretty much grew up with this horse, I got him when he was 3 1/2 and I was 13. We’ve had a lot of ups and a few downs, but I wouldn’t trade any of the time I spent with this horse for anything! We mainly compete in 3’6 jumper classes, aiming to move up to 3’9-4′ classes soon. We also event a little bit on the side, currently at Training Level.
Please critique horse and rider, thanks!

In the second and third photo, it looks like you have positioned yourself in a way that throws your hips back, it’s not so bad in the first pic. I think if you didn’t sit down so much in the
Saddle that would help. Your leg looks solid and your horse jumps great! I think the first pic your distance might have been a little deep for his liking as he didn’t get his knees up as well as in the 2nd photo, But he made sure to jump large enough to avoid hittiin the rail! You did a great job with him
Hi! We do ask that you please only pony one photo at a time. Thanks!
He was so good with his front end in those bottom 2 photos, it makes me wonder what happend that he didn’t get his knees all the way up in the top one? YOur leg in the botom 2 photos is fantastic.
In that center photo, your seat fell back some.
Thanks everyone! In the first photo, we did end up getting a deep spot to the fence and a bit slow in the air. Thought I would put it up to see what is said about my position/his form in a less than perfect distance.
It can be difficult to get your seat out very high when he jumps sometimes, does it look like my stirrup needs to go up a hole or two? They are the same length in all 3 pictures.
